Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before using our website and enrolling in any of our programs. By accessing this site or registering a participant, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Website Use

You agree to use this website only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe the rights of, restrict, or inhibit anyone else’s use of the website. You may not:

• Copy or reuse any content or design without permission

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems

• Misrepresent yourself or submit false information

2. Program Registration and Payment

By registering a child for any program or event hosted by Those Runner Kids NJ, you confirm that:

• You are the legal parent or guardian of the participant

• You have read and agree to the associated waiver and release

• All information provided is accurate and complete

Full payment is required at the time of booking unless otherwise stated. Class credits or refunds are issued only in accordance with our cancellation policy.

3. Participant / Parent Waiver

THOSE RUNNER KIDS — PARTICIPANT / PARENT WAIVER

I, the undersigned, am the parent or legal guardian of the minor whose name appears above. I understand that running and physical activity are potentially hazardous and agree that the minor will not participate unless medically able. I agree to abide by the decision of the program director regarding the minor’s ability to safely participate in any activity.

I acknowledge the risks associated with running and movement-based activities, including but not limited to: falls, contact with others, weather conditions (including high heat and humidity), and the conditions of the road, grass, or other surfaces.

Having read this waiver and understanding the risks, I, on behalf of myself and the minor, hereby waive and release Those Runner Kids, Lauren Keating, the Road Runners Club of America, its officers, directors, agents, employees, sponsors, and all associated representatives from any and all liability, claims, or causes of action arising from participation — even if caused by negligence.

I further authorize the program director to approve and authorize any medical treatment or care that may appear necessary in the case of accident, injury, or illness.

I grant permission for the use of any photographs, video footage, or other media taken of the minor for promotional or educational purposes related to Those Runner Kids NJ programs.

I understand that personal music players are not permitted during the program and agree to ensure the minor complies with this rule.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

We understand that plans change. Please refer to our [Cancellation Policy] for full details. Generally:

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before the event may be eligible for a credit

• Cancellations within 72 hours or no-shows are not refundable

• In case of weather-related cancellations, make-up classes may be offered at our discretion

5. Media Use

We may capture photographs or videos during classes or events. By enrolling, you consent to the use of this media by Those Runner Kids NJ for promotional purposes unless otherwise requested in writing.

6. Modifications to These Terms

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page and are effective immediately upon posting.
