4. Participant Waiver and Release

THOSE RUNNER KIDS – PARENT/LEGAL GUARDIAN WAIVER

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that physical activity and participation in obstacle courses involve inherent risks, including but not limited to falls, collisions, environmental factors, and unforeseen incidents.

I hereby waive, release, and hold harmless Those Runner Kids NJ, Lauren Keating, the Road Runners Club of America, and all affiliated individuals or entities from any and all liability, claims, or damages arising from my child’s participation — even if caused by negligence.

I authorize emergency medical treatment as deemed necessary and grant full permission for the use of photographs, video, or other media taken during participation for promotional use by Those Runner Kids NJ.

5. Class & Event Policies

  • Cancellations: Cancellations made 72+ hours before the event may be eligible for credit. No-shows or late cancellations are non-refundable.

  • Weather Delays: Weather-related cancellations will be rescheduled when possible.

  • Party Add-ons: All package upgrades (e.g. photography, video) must be confirmed in writing and paid in full prior to the event.

  • Attendance: You are responsible for ensuring your child is fit to participate and adheres to all safety guidelines.

6. Intellectual Property

All content, branding, photography, and design elements on this website are the intellectual property of Those Runner Kids NJ and may not be copied, distributed, or used without express written permission.
